Call for proposals - EACEA/22/09. �Youth in Action� programme. Action 4.6 - Partnerships

The main purpose of this call is to support partnerships between the European Commission and those regions, municipalities or European NGOs which aim to develop or reinforce their long-term actions, strategies and programmes in the field of non-formal learning and youth. It will support the development of an activity programme combining one or more of the following activities:
(a) transnational youth exchanges
(b) national or transnational youth Initiatives
(c) European voluntary service
(d) training and networking.
Programmes must start between 1 April 2010 and 1 September 2010 and must last no longer than two years. The deadline for grant applications is 1 December 2009. Further details are available on the EACEA website.
