Call for proposals - EACEA/15/2009: 'Active citizens for Europe' innovative actions: Europe for Citizens Programme � Action 1, Measure 1.6

The global purpose of this call is to test and develop innovative transnational exchange schemes with a view to building long-term partnerships between civil society organisations operating in different participating countries in the area of the 'Europe for citizens' programme. Projects must have a maximum duration of 12 months, and must start between 1 January 2010 and 31 March 2010. The deadline for the submission of applications is 30 September 2009.
