Call for proposals: EACEA/13/09 for the implementation of Erasmus Mundus External Cooperation Window: Latin America region in the academic year 2009/2010: The Community Action programme for the promotion of cooperation between higher education institution

Eligible activities, including preparatory activities, can start on 1 December 2009 provided that contracts have been signed. The actions should all be finished before 1 December 2013. All individual mobility must start at the latest by 1 September 2010. The amount made available under this Call is €12.7 million, aiming at a total minimum mobility flow of 548 individuals. It is intended to select four partnerships that will promote and implement a minimum mobility flow of 137 individuals each with a estimated maximum budget of €3.175 million per partnership. The deadline for the submission of proposals is 15 October 2009 and proposals must be submitted to the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA).
