Call for proposals: Preparatory action on an EU rapid response capability

This Call has been launched with the aim of identifying projects involving an EU civil protection rapid response capability which might be eligible for financial support. Proposals must be sent to the Commission, to the address indicated in the Grant Application Guide, by 7 August 2009. The Guide, as well as the relevant application forms, can be downloaded from the Environment website
