This project sets out to encourage entrepreneurship among women by creating a European Network of Female Entrepreneurship Ambassadors, and is addressed to organisations active in the field of fostering, promoting and/or supporting entrepreneurship. It is a follow-up to call ENT/CIP/09/E/N08S00, extending the coverage of the Network to other countries. The Network aims to have successful entrepreneurs campaigning on the ground to encourage women — including women in active professional life and students — to set up their own businesses and become entrepreneurs.
The maximum budget is some €545,000, which should support 10 national projects, with an average of 10 female entrepreneurship ambassadors per Network. EU funding will be a maximum of 50% of the total eligible costs of the project.
Applicants must be established in one of the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Spain, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Hungary, Malta, Austria, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Finland, UK; Liechtenstein; Albania, Croatia, the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Israel, Montenegro, Serbia, and Turkey.
