Andorra, Monaco, San Marino

The European Commission had adopted a Communication on EU Relations with Andorra, Monaco and San Marino. Focusing on options for closer integration with the EU, COM(2012) 680 concludes that any agreement with the ’small-sized countries’ would need to address a number of issues, and that the EU could draw ’on the successful experience of the EEA Agreement’.
