Covering 190 regions across the EU, Croatia, Norway and Switzerland, the ’Regional Innovation Scoreboard 2012 ’ offers a comparative assessment of how regions perform with regard to innovation. It reveals considerable diversity in regional innovation performance both within Member States and across Europe.
