RAPEX

The 2011 report on RAPEX, the Union's rapid alert system for non-food dangerous products, shows that China still accounts for more than half the number of notifications of dangerous products. Clothing and textiles, toys, motor vehicles, electrical appliances, and cosmetics accounted for 74% of all notifications on products posing a serious risk in 2011.
